Barcien Northwood is an Afflicted Gilnean hailing from Gilneas City, where he lived until the Worgen and subsequent Forsaken invasions. A talented Harvest Witch, he would perform on the streets until the evacuation, where he and many others would become afflicted.
He would later find himself allied with the Alliance, residing in Stormwind until the Legion Invasion.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Barcien grew up on a small farm, residing on the outskirts of Gilneas. His hardworking parents, however, brought in little income, but tried to give the child a good life nonetheless. Spending what few resources they had, they tried to provide him with training and life skills, so he could eventually leave the farm and start a better life for himself.
Unfortunately, Barcien had little interest for anything other than the family farm. He outright ignored the variety of books they provided him with, and brushed off the weapons training he was given. Exasperated, they gave up trying.
In the years that followed, both his mother and father would grow ill. With them limited to bed rest and staying indoors, he found himself doing most of the farm work. This temporary freedom gave him the opportunity to study the ways of the Harvest Witches, and though young, he was a fast learner.
Personality[]
A bit of a loose canon, Barcien appears to have mellowed out after the events of the Cataclysm. While he still has quite a mouth on him, he seems to have a respect for other Gilneans and most races of the Alliance.
